Thoughtfield Therapy is a technique that is quite unusual in that it is deceptively simple yet effective. It involves tapping accupressure points on the body while simultaneously accessing traumatic imprints or memories. The idea is that symptoms represent a distortion or perturbation in the energy field. Tapping these points gets stuck energy moving and reestablishes the flow of life force.
The Thoughtfield Therapy facilitator leads the client through the progression of taps with the intention of permanently releasing the problematic pattern. This is especially useful for traumatic memories, emotions, and phobias. This is best done in person, but it could be employed by phone with advance planning and preparation.
